Rana Farhan Ahmed

Rana Farhan Ahmed, currently serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Duchin Holding FZ LLC, possesses a rich and varied professional background in the corporate sector. Having held positions at esteemed organizations like KPMG, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Sharjah Islamic Bank, he transitioned to the F&B sector. Joining Duchin Group initially as a Partner in 2014, he eventually acquired full ownership of the group.
With extensive experience spanning over 28 years in Real Estate, Banking, and a decade within the Restaurant Industry, he brings invaluable expertise to drive the group's strategic direction and oversee its day-to-day operations. Prior to his current role, he served as the Vice President of Risk Management at Sharjah Islamic Bank.

1. What Does Full-Service Catering Include?

“Full Service” means that we provide all aspects of catering your event. This includes food preparation, drop off, delivery, setup (including full seating arrangement), service and cleanup. Our goal is to do all the work so that you can feel like a guest at your own event.

2. What is the sequence to finalize the event?

To place a catering order, get in touch with our Events & Catering team. You can set up a free initial, in-person consultation to discuss your upcoming event, or we can provide the consultation over the phone. After your consultation, we will send you a quotation for
you to review. Once you finish making any necessary adjustments and approve the order, we will do site visit and finalise the seating
arrangement plans and collect our 50% deposit. We will collect the remainder of your bill once your event concludes.

3. How do I pay for my Event or Order?

We will send you an invoice, and you can pay with cash, cheque or bank transfer.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy differs depending on the number of guests and the type of service ordered. Speak with our catering
professionals to learn the details of our company’s cancellation policies.

5. Do You Have a Minimum and Maximum Guest Limit?

We do not have a maximum guest limit, as we are fully-equipped to cater any event, regardless of size or scope. However, we DO
have minimum guest requirements that vary depending on the menu option. All of our menus are priced per person depending on the
menu’s and other requirements.

6. How Far in Advance Do I Need to Place My Catering Order?

The time we need to prepare your catering order depends on several factors. This includes our current client schedule, your schedule,
the type/day of the event, the number of guests, and more. Normally, we are heavily booked one month in advance during November
to May. But this can be discussed with the catering team according to the event date availability.
