Our Journey
2014
Company Overview
Duchin Group started its journey with the acquisition of Hengchen, the flagship brand renowned for its Chinese cuisine in Dubai which was operating since 2010 in Motor City.
2017
Rapid Development
Over Ten years, Duchin expanded to eight locations across prominent areas like Motor City, DIP, JLT, DSO, Business Bay, Karama, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi.
2018
Innovation & Expansion
Introduced "Rice Factory" as a cloud brand in 2017, offering diverse rice dishes. Acquired "Dumpukht" in 2019, the brand which emphasizes slow cooking.
2019
COVID-19
Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, strategic decisions ensured survival and growth. Two new cloud brands, Chapatea World offering huge variety of Rolls and Herb & Grill focusing on healthy eating, were unveiled in 2020.
2023
Breakthrough
Acquired 12 thriving brands: Parivar (Offering Indian Cuisine), Baan Thai (Offering Thai Cuisine), Fei Long (Offering Chinese Cuisine), Royal Khansama (Offering Pakistani Cuisine), Bait al Biryani (Offering variety of Biryani), Ying Yang (Offering Chinese and Italian cuisine) and Divan (Specializing in Turkish Food), N61 & Shako Mako (Offering Variety of Burgers), Seafood Station (Specializing in Seafood), Cedar Garden (Specializing in Lebanese Food) & Chaat Masala (Specializing in Indian Street Food)
2024
Transition
Started the pivoting of Duchin Group into a suit of multiple cloud brands. Formed Foodonect and Kitonect to integrate technology into the food business. Conceptualized the Combo Franchise Concept. Finalized Strategy to create a fund in Holding Company to buy bargain deals in F&B sector, run and sell at good opportunities.
2024
Redefining F&B Strategy
Finalized contract & product document at group level to co-own other F&Bs instead of consulting and operational services. Extended services to include comprehensive catering for special events and gatherings which reinforced the commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences beyond restaurant premises.

Ensuring the highest standards of personal staff hygiene and the environments they inhabit or work in be it living quarters like labour camps or the focal areas of our operation, such as restaurants and kitchens is paramount.
Our kitchens adhere to a strict daily cleaning regimen, supplemented by comprehensive weekly deep-cleaning sessions. To further fortify our hygiene protocols, we have established formal partnerships with leading professional agencies specializing in duct and hood cleaning, grease trap maintenance, and pest control. These collaborations ensure that every aspect of our premises, from ventilation systems to kitchen infrastructure, undergoes thorough and regular maintenance, guaranteeing an immaculate and sanitized environment for both our staff and customers.
